How can Saints speak to us in our own life situations today, become our friends, and help us to deepen our faith? How can their example and words truly draw us closer to God? These questions form the foundation of our new ESM open small group: Wisdom of the Saints.

Once a month (3rd Friday of each month), we meet in-person to focus on the life and writings of one great Saint. Group discussions provide an opportunity to reflect on the Saint’s message to us as we walk our personal  journey of faith. 

We wil continue with St. Maximilian Kolbe and, in his own words, learn the meaning of Marian devotion, and also receive lessons in how to pray as he did.

This is an ongoing, open-ended group - where regular, consecutive attendance is not required.

Time/location: 7:00 - 8:30 PM at St. Bernhard's church, parish hall's small basement lounge.
